Design a
medium-scale green hotel in the heart of the city of Kuala Terengganu, within walking distance to the
important landmarks of the city such as the Istana Maziah, Pasar Payang and Bukit Puteri, and adjacent
to the Kuala Terengganu waterfront.
Chinatown (Kampung China) which is a street with various small lanes with art. The street become more popular because of turtle sculpture and some murals. Since proposed site is lacking a kind of shophouses hotel, so I think I can built a building that can easily recorgnize by people. I proposed a heritage and modern hotel which can experience ad re-imagining the old shophouses. Create a shophouses is to inherit and comprehend the beauty of traditional. Jia Yuan mean 'home', create a comfort and warm hotel.
